Individual Therapy

$160/50 minute session

I provide individual therapy for women navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, breakups, and self-esteem concerns.

Sessions are offered in person and virtually for women living in Colorado.

Payment Options

I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

Many clients choose private pay because it allows for greater privacy, flexibility in treatment, and care that is not limited by insurance requirements.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. Every insurance plan is different, so I encourage all clients to contact their insurance plan directly to see what benefits are available.

I partner with Mentaya, a service that simplifies the reimbursement process. For a 5% service fee, Mentaya can automatically submit out-of-network claims to your insurance on your behalf. Please note that submitting claims requires a mental health diagnosis, as required by insurance companies.

You are also welcome to submit claims independently if you prefer.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards / HSA / FSA.

Office Hours and Location

In person sessions are held Wednesday 9am-3pm at:

6901 S. Pierce St. Suite 390 Littleton, CO 80128

Virtual sessions are available M-F 9am-6pm for women anywhere in Colorado.

Concerns about cost, benefits, etc?

I understand that insurance and out-of-network reimbursement can feel confusing. If you have questions about fees, Mentaya, or using your insurance benefits, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help you understand your options.

Specialties

Trauma Recovery

Unresolved trauma can show up as anxiety, emotional reactivity, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting others. Trauma therapy helps you process past experiences safely so they no longer shape your present relationships or sense of self. Our work focuses on building internal safety, emotional regulation, and lasting healing.

Anxiety

Anxiety can look like overthinking, perfectionism, fear of making the wrong decision, or feeling constantly “on edge.” Together, we identify the patterns driving your anxiety and build practical tools to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident.

Grief and Loss

Grief isn’t limited to death — it can include breakups, life transitions, infertility, or the loss of a relationship you hoped would work. Therapy provides space to process your grief at your own pace, without pressure to “move on” before you’re ready.

Relationship Issues

If you find yourself repeating painful relationship dynamics, struggling with boundaries, or questioning your worth after a breakup, therapy can help you understand the deeper patterns at play. As self-worth strengthens, relationships begin to feel more secure and aligned.
