About My Practice
I help women heal trauma, manage anxiety, move through grief and breakups, and navigate relationship challenges with greater clarity and self-trust. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS, or parts work).
CBT provides strategies to gently shift anxious thoughts and behaviors.
Parts work allows us to understand the different parts of you — the anxious part, the self-critical part, the part that fears abandonment — with compassion rather than judgment.
My practice offers a space to slow down, process, and explore the deeper “why” behind patterns that may be keeping you stuck — whether that’s overthinking, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, or repeating painful relationship dynamics. At the same time, we build practical tools you can use in everyday life.
My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded, more confident, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges — with a stronger sense of self and more secure, fulfilling relationships.
I offer in-person and virtual therapy for women living in Colorado.
